She later chose to redirect her career to the community sector, working with non\u2011profit organisations to apply her skills in administrative support, coordination and operations to meaningful projects.<\/p>\n\n<p>Driven by values of compassion, respect and dignity, she aims to contribute to the organisation\u2019s mission by bringing her governance and financial\u2011management experience.
