She also provides scientific support for new indications currently under evaluation.<\/p>\n\n<p>Originally from Belgium, Christine worked for seven years as a researcher at H\u00f4pital Paul\u2011Brousse in Villejuif, France, before settling in Qu\u00e9bec, where she joined the pharmaceutical industry and held various roles in research, clinical development and medical affairs. Her pharmaceutical experience focuses mainly on anticancer agents but also includes comfort medications and medical devices. She is motivated to help patients and caregivers access innovative therapeutic approaches as early and as safely as possible.<\/p>\n\n<p>Christine first encountered palliative care during her work at H\u00f4pital Paul\u2011Brousse and again, on a more personal level, during her mother\u2019s end of life.
